3:00 Didgeridoo Design Class- Shaping to achieve your desired sound and playability and manipulating the Drone to trumpet interval to play with western tunings. Different materials for different purposes and mouthpiece secrets. Suggest $20. donation

4:00 Beginning & intermediate class including Multi Drone/Drop Octave techniques. 1.5 hours. Suggest $15. donation

6:00 Pot Luck: Our group prides itself in serving first class foods ranging from Vegan to Lobster! Fine wines and Beers welcome. Lamb will be featured so bring? Bring your specialty!

7:00 CONCERT: Gorangutang - Funk/Folk/Hip Hop/Rock band featuring Will Thoren on Didge. $25 Donation suggested

8:30 Jam/ Dance/ eat again?

Overnight camping suggested.


about 10 am SUNDAY MORNING! Advanced Play and Workshop $25. Donation suggested

These events are family friendly. There is a swimming pool available and a kids tent so you can keep an eye on them. All events are by donation- please come and donate as you can so we can continue to attract these awesome artists!
No didge -No worries! Many didges will be available to try out.

William Thoren:
Crafter, performer and photographer best known for discovering and developing the Drop Octave and Multi Drone techniques. The Drop Octave technique which allows one to play an octave below the regular drone note of a didgeridoo.

We will be blessed having Simeon Retz as drum leader at our fire circle.

Warners Ranch: 619-683-2637 Take I8 east or west to the TAVERN ROAD EXIT to Alpine- head south on TAVERN ROAD. Stay Right if your eastbound The ranch is 6.1 miles down Tavern road- it changes names to Japatul rd.
At 100 feet BEFORE mile marker 13 on left is a dirt road with open chain link gates. (Its in a VERY TIGHT BEND-) Stay to right going STRAIGHT ALL THE WAY TO VALLEY FLOOR. The ranch is just past the Spanish tiled roof house with a white barn. (signs will guide you- house number is 19184 but numbers in street out here ARE NOT IN ORDER!)
