Greetings from Greece, I bought today my first didgeridoo!
It is a MEINL SDDG1 synthetic didgeridoo (I guess pvc).
Do I need to buy a synthetic mouthpiece, build one out of beeswax or do I just play it as it is?
Any help in this would be greatly appreciated, thanks

From an online image it appears to have a tapered mouthpiece built in. In the unlikly event it does not fit you a little bbeswax is a good way to go while learning for adjustments. Its also easily removed.

Thanks for your reply,
It doesn't include a mouthpiece, but the upper part of the tube gets narrower, I just feel that if I had a mouthpiece it would be better.
I hope that pvc doesn't get ruined if I put some beeswax on, right?

no problems there. get wax warm- a few seconds in microwave helps. It sticks and form better. try not to use lots- just shape as needed.
