So, my first didge arrived today!!! I've been having fun getting a basic drone, that's about all I can do so far... But after a few minutes of playing I noticed the lines of saliva dripping through the whole instrument. I have already read a few threads about didge drool, and I understand that it is natural, but I'm wondering if there is anything I should do about the spit through the whole thing?

Apart from maintaining a good oral hygiene (food crumbs stuck on the bore of your didge are not the nicest thing), it depends on the type of instrument. If it is a sealed hardwood didge or made from other materials, you can simply rinse it through with the shower head once in a while. Instruments with unsealed or oiled bores are more difficult to clean out. There, a good oil with antiseptic properties like eucalyptus oil or tea tree oil will help to reduce germ build-up. I'd leave ochre instruments as they are and would not attempt to oil or rinse them.
