Hey guys,

I have made a dozen or so really nice agave and yucca didges. I am currently using milliput epoxy putty for a mouthpiece because I sometimes leave them in a car, and they are used by my students.

I would like to make a wooden mouthpiece but am unsure what to use, and what tools I need???

My tools are pretty limited to hand tools.

Any advice is appreciated.
-Chas

Hi Chas

I'd say the minimum equipment is probably a drill with an appropriately sized spade bit, rasp, file, sand paper, woodglue and you can't go wrong with a couple of bar clamps.

And of course patience and an even temper :angryfire:

Cheers
Christian
